Bonjour!
I’m Allison, the creator behind Mme Allison’s Bilingual Resources. I am a Canadian lower elementary French teacher, I bring my passion for education and the French language into my work.
Over the years, my experience has allowed me to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by both teachers and students. Throughout my teaching career, I’ve taught from kindergarten to grade 8 Core French and grade 2 French Immersion, I have also had the opportunity to teach Preschool, Kindergarten, and Grade 4 in English.
Motivated by the lack of suitable French resources available for my classes, I began to create materials tailored to meet the specific needs of my students. This quickly turned into a passion for developing engaging and interactive resources. As a result, I strive to create interactive and engaging resources that make French easy and fun to teach.
As an enthusiastic learner myself, I have benefited from the process of designing activities for teachers and students. I have grown and developed so much as an educator since I started creating activities for teachers and students.
I am excited to share some teaching strategies, classroom anecdotes, and my experiences and provide free resources with you.
